Offshoreoffice is taking care of payroll activities of many clients on monthly and bi-weekly basis. Payroll management activities included end to end performances right from tracking attendance to disbursement of pay to filling mothy returns to concerned government authority.

We track the attendance on daily basis including leave records maintenance, LOP, OT hours and follow up for client time sheet, approvals and updating it in ERP or cloud. We also act as one point of contact pertaining to time related activities like, leave balances enquiry, time sheet enquiries etc

Along with payroll as per the employment agreement, we also take care of employee compensation matter when it comes to reimbursement of expenses, bonus, and gratuity . Depending upon HR policies we act on certain applicable matters which may vary from organisation to organisation.

We also take care of employee expense reimbursement activities on behalf of you and act as single POC for all employee queries. Thus it saves lot of time to HR department.
